Marketplace Terms of Use

The Brawe.io Marketplace is a technology platform that allows independent sellers ("Merchants") to create and manage their own online stores, offering products and services directly to consumers ("Buyers").

Brawe.io acts exclusively as a technology intermediary, providing payment infrastructure, logistics, and digital storefront. The commercial relationship is established directly between the Buyer and the Merchant responsible for the store.

Brawe.io is not a manufacturer, distributor, representative, or responsible for the inventory, quality, or delivery of products advertised by Merchants.

To make authenticated purchases and track orders, the Buyer may create a free account on the platform by providing full name, valid email, and CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax IDs).

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the registered information and the confidentiality of their password. Brawe.io is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential sharing.

Guest purchases (without registration) are also allowed by filling in contact and delivery details at the time of the order.

By confirming an order, the Buyer declares having read and accepted the store's conditions (price, product description, delivery time, and return policy) before completing the purchase.

The order is considered confirmed after payment processing. The Merchant is responsible for confirming stock availability and fulfilling the order within the stated timeframe.

Promotions, discounts, and coupons are the sole responsibility of the Merchant offering them and may be discontinued at any time.

Payments are processed through Brawe.io's partner payment gateways. Accepted methods vary by store and may include: PIX, credit card, bank slip (boleto), and cryptocurrencies.

The Buyer agrees that payment data is securely handled by PCI-DSS certified processors. Brawe.io does not store card data on its servers.

For PIX payments, the code has a limited validity. Payments not completed within the time limit will result in automatic order cancellation.

Delivery times and costs are set by each Merchant individually. Shipping conditions (including free shipping, when offered) are displayed during the checkout process.

Brawe.io does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, fortuitous events, or force majeure.

The Buyer must verify the delivery address before confirming the order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to Buyer error are the Buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, without justification (right of withdrawal), for purchases made outside a physical establishment.

Specific exchange policies of each store (timeframe, return conditions, reverse freight cost) are the Merchant's responsibility and should be consulted directly on the store page.

To request cancellation or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Merchant directly via the SAC email listed in the store.

Issuing Electronic Invoices (NF-e) is the sole responsibility of the Merchant. The Buyer may provide their tax data (CPF/CNPJ) during checkout for invoice issuance purposes.

Brawe.io collects and forwards the Buyer's tax data to the Merchant exclusively for invoice issuance purposes, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709/2018).

Personal data provided by the Buyer is used exclusively for order processing, delivery, invoice issuance, and order status communication.

Brawe.io does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared with the Merchant and payment/logistics partners only as necessary for order fulfillment.

The Buyer may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing privacidade@brawe.io.

Brawe.io reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or platform notification. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
